EXCHANGE AND RETURN POLICY.
AZAREY – B2B Channel
1. Nature of the B2B Channel
Sales made through the B2B store are exclusively for professionals and companies in the sector. Therefore, the right of withdrawal provided for final consumers does not apply.
2. General Conditions
- Confirmed orders cannot be canceled once they have been processed or dispatched.
- Returns are not accepted for:
- Slow rotation
- Excess stock
- Purchase forecast error
- End of season
We operate under a professional purchase criterion.
3. Incidents Due to Defect or Error
Claims will only be accepted in the following cases:
- Manufacturing defect
- Shipping error (incorrect model, size, or color)
- Damage caused during transport
Communication period:
The client has 14 calendar days from the receipt of the order to report any incident.
Procedure:
- Send email to:

- Indicate order number and affected references.
- Attach clear photographs of the defect or error.
- Do not tamper with the product.
Once the incident has been validated by the quality department, one of the following will be processed:
- Replacement of the model (subject to availability), or
- Issuance of a commercial credit note.
4. Product Conditions for Review
- The product must be unused.
- In its original box.
- With intact labeling.
- Without alterations or tampering.
AZAREY reserves the right to reject claims that do not meet these conditions.
5. Transportation Costs
- In case of a defect or error confirmed by AZAREY, transportation costs will be borne by the brand.
- In any other case not previously authorized, freight collect shipments will not be accepted.
6. Special Products
Returns are not accepted for:
- Customized orders
- Special productions
- Made-to-order models
- Items purchased in special campaigns or clearance sales
7. Credit and Refunds
Refunds will be issued exclusively in the form of:
- Bank transfer.
